Hi, guys I am very excited to be DOING GYMNASTICS WORKOUT FOR KIDS Part 2. My first Gymnastics for Kids video has been such a success that I decided to record another one for you guys. You can do these exercises from home I always start with a good warm up to make sure I do not get injured. Then I do my best gymnastic exercises, like cartwheel, forward roll, jump rope, splits, pushup, bridge and many others. Ready to workout?
